All payments made for services, courses, projects offered by TechAR Innovations Pvt. Ltd. are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy. We encourage users to carefully review the details of our services before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

The service or course was not delivered as promised due to unforeseen technical errors or issues caused by TechAR Innovations Pvt. Ltd.
Duplicate payments made due to technical errors will be refunded after verification.
If the purchased service or product is unavailable or cannot be provided within the committed timeframe, a full or partial refund may be issued.
If the request meets the eligibility criteria, refunds will be processed after thorough verification by our support team.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

Change of mind after purchase.
Partial usage of services, courses, or digital products.
Failure to meet system requirements or incompatibility with the user’s device.
User negligence or misuse of the product/service.
Violation of terms and conditions, resulting in service suspension.

Refund Request Process

Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be credited into your registered bank account within 10-15 business days.

Cancellation of Orders

TechAR Innovations Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any order or service at its discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
